What level of support is offered?

Shedworx offers email support 9am to 5pm weekdays (Perth, Australia timezone, which is GMT+8). We are a regular business and work 9-5, like most people. We respond to almost all support requests within 24hrs on weekdays.

Our systems all run 24x7, but we only provide support while we are at work.

What photo quality settings are used?

Loops contains a Setting called "Hi-Res Photos" which is set to ON when you start Loops on the iPhone.

Hi-Res photos means that the photo we store in the cloud is the maximum resolution of a new iPad. Thats 2048x1536 pixels. This resolution creates a file size of about 500k, which is quite big for a photo sharing service.

Other photo sharing services like Everyme and 7moments use photos at only the size of a non-Retina iPhone screen, about 150k in size.

Since Loops is made to look good on an iPad, photos have to be bigger. We think its worth the extra file size to give you great quality photos.

Is there any difference between the App Store and Shedworx versions?

The only difference between the two versions is that the Shedworx version contains links to purchase an account upgrade from the Shedworx Store.

Functionally, the two versions are identical.
